Green Story
Loop participates in a program called One Percent For The Planet, in which 857 companies donate 1% of their sales to a worldwide network of 1,521 environmental organizations. Last year, Loop donated to two organizations. The Nature Conservancy is an organization whose mission is to protect land and water with the ultimate goal of preserving plants, animals, and natural communities. The Equilibrium Fund aims to alleviate poverty, malnutrition, and deforestation by teaching rural and indigenous women about nutrition and the uses and processing of the maya nut. The maya nut is an easy to harvest rainforest tree that can provide them with a source of food and income. Write for a cause!
